Founders and designers always want to make things “cool.” Nobody wants to make something bad. But then why does the result not always meet expectations?

We wrupped up a big design festival, The Grill, with 170+ people. 3 tracks: Product Design, GameDev, Branding. Speakers from Serbia, Russia, Switzerland, and Cyprus.

At the event, Fedor Koryagin (Fractional VC) talked about how to approach finding a co-founder in a more thoughtful way. One important trend we also discussed offstage: the number of solo founders is growing.

Let’s break it down by the numbers: since 2023, we’ve held: 11 meetups in Novi Sad and Belgrade, 6 design breakfasts, and 1 festival. The meetup attracted over 1,000 participants and featured 65+ speakers from various countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA.

We also happy that we were part of it. Our team created the event website, showcasing the program, the venue, and the people behind it.

Our team helped with the website layout and implementation on Webflow, translating their product vision into a digital experience that feels structured and alive.
